2. Üyelik Koşulları / Membership Terms
- Kullanıcı, üyelik formunu eksiksiz ve doğru doldurmak zorundadır.
- 18 yaşından küçük kişiler siteye üye olamaz.
- Kullanıcı, üyelik bilgilerini güncel tutmakla yükümlüdür.
The user must fill in the membership form completely and accurately.
Persons under the age of 18 cannot register.
The user is responsible for keeping their membership information up to date.
3. Hizmetler / Services
Site, üyelerine çevrim içi alışveriş, kampanyalardan yararlanma, sipariş takibi gibi hizmetler sunar.
The website offers its members services such as online shopping, access to promotions, and order tracking.
4. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri / User Responsibilities
- Siteyi hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmamak
- Üçüncü şahısların haklarını ihlal etmemek
- Site güvenliğini tehlikeye atacak faaliyetlerde bulunmamak

6. Sözleşme Değişiklikleri / Changes to the Agreement
Site, bu sözleşme hükümlerini önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme hakkına sahiptir. Güncellenmiş sözleşme sitede yayınlandığında yürürlüğe girer.
The website reserves the right to amend this agreement without prior notice. The updated agreement will take effect once published on the website.
7. Üyeliğin Sona Ermesi / Termination of Membership
Kullanıcı, dilediği zaman üyeliğini iptal edebilir. Site, sözleşmeye aykırı davranan kullanıcıların üyeliğini askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkına sahiptir.
The user may terminate their membership at any time. The website has the right to suspend or terminate memberships that violate this agreement.
8. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki / Governing Law and Jurisdiction
İşbu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Taraflar arasındaki uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
9. Yürürlük / Enforcement
Üyelik formunu dolduran ve “Üyelik Sözleşmesini kabul ediyorum” kutucuğunu işaretleyen kullanıcı, işbu sözleşmenin tüm maddelerini okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder.
By filling out the membership form and checking the “I accept the Membership Agreement” box, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
