Customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, our return and exchange conditions for purchased products are outlined below.

1. İade Koşulları / Return Conditions

  • Teslimat tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde cayma hakkınızı kullanarak ürünü iade edebilirsiniz.
  • Ürün kullanılmamış, hasar görmemiş ve orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır.
  • Kozmetik, kişisel bakım, iç giyim, küpe, gıda vb. hijyenik ürünlerde iade, ambalaj açılmamış olması şartıyla kabul edilir.
    You can return the product within 14 days from the delivery date by exercising your right of withdrawal.
    The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    Returns for cosmetic, personal care, underwear, earrings, food, and other hygienic products are only accepted if the packaging is unopened.

2. Değişim Koşulları / Exchange Conditions

  • Değişim talepleri teslimattan itibaren 14 gün içinde yapılmalıdır.
  • Değişim yapılacak ürünün kullanılmamış ve orijinal ambalajında olması gerekmektedir.
    Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
    The product to be exchanged must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. İade Süreci / Return Process

  1. İade talebinizi [www.vikivinbebe.com] adresine iletin veya hesabınız üzerinden iade talebi oluşturun.
  2. Onay sonrası size iade kargo bilgileri paylaşılacaktır.
  3. Ürün bize ulaştıktan sonra gerekli inceleme yapılır ve onaylanırsa ödemeniz 5-10 iş günü içinde iade edilir.

    After approval, you will be provided with return shipping information.
    Once we receive the product and approve the inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

4. İade Kargo Ücreti / Return Shipping Fee

  • Hatalı veya hasarlı ürünlerde kargo ücreti firmamız tarafından karşılanır.
  • Diğer iade ve değişim taleplerinde kargo ücreti müşteriye aittir.
    In case of defective or damaged products, the shipping fee will be covered by us.
    For other returns and exchanges, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

5. İstisnalar / Exceptions

  • Son kullanma tarihi geçmiş ürünler
