Bu sözleşme, [vikivinbebe] (“Satıcı”) ile (“Alıcı”) arasında, aşağıda belirtilen hüküm ve koşullar çerçevesinde düzenlenmiştir.

1. Sözleşmenin Konusu / Subject of the Agreement

İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, Alıcı’nın Satıcı’ya ait internet sitesi üzerinden elektronik ortamda siparişini verdiği ürünün/hizmetin satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili olarak tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered by the Buyer electronically via the Seller’s website.

3. Ürün/Hizmet Bilgileri / Product or Service Information

Ürün/hizmet türü, miktarı, marka/modeli, rengi, vergiler dahil satış bedeli ve teslimat bilgileri sipariş öncesinde Alıcı tarafından onaylanan bilgilerden oluşur.
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, total sales price including taxes, and delivery details of the product/service are as confirmed by the Buyer prior to the order.

4. Teslimat Koşulları / Delivery Terms

• Teslimat, sipariş onayından itibaren [10] iş günü içinde yapılır.
• Teslimat adresi Alıcı tarafından belirtilir.
  Delivery will be made within[10] business days from order confirmation.
  The delivery address will be provided by the Buyer.

5. Ödeme Koşulları / Payment Terms

Ödeme, sipariş sırasında seçilen yöntem ile (kredi kartı, havale/EFT vb.) yapılır.
Payment is made using the method selected at the time of order (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

6. Cayma Hakkı / Right of Withdrawal

Alıcı, ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin sözleşmeden cayma hakkına sahiptir.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

Cayma hakkının kullanılması için ürünün kullanılmamış, hasar görmemiş ve orijinal ambalajında olması gerekir.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

7. Cayma Hakkı Kullanılamayan Ürünler / Non-Returnable Products

Aşağıdaki ürünlerde cayma hakkı kullanılamaz:

• Kişiye özel üretilmiş ürünler
• Hijyen açısından iadesi uygun olmayan ürünler (kozmetik, iç giyim vb.)
  The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
• Customized or personalized products
• Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (cosmetics, underwear, etc.)

8. İade Süreci / Return Process

İade talebi, Satıcı’nın iade prosedürüne uygun olarak yapılmalıdır. Onay sonrası iade kargo bilgileri paylaşılır.
The return request must be made in accordance with the Seller’s return procedure. After approval, return shipping details will be provided.

9. Garanti ve Sorumluluk / Warranty and Liability

Satıcı, sattığı ürünlerin mevzuata uygun olduğunu ve ayıpsız mal teslim ettiğini taahhüt eder.
The Seller guarantees that the products sold comply with legal requirements and are free from defects.

10. Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü / Dispute Resolution

Taraflar arasındaki uyuşmazlıklar, Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri tarafından çözümlenir.
Disputes between the parties will be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.

11. Yürürlük / Enforcement

Alıcı, siparişini tamamladığında işbu sözleşmenin tüm şartlarını kabul etmiş sayılır.
By completing the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
